Submission Guidelines

Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format. The papers should be no more than 8 pages in length, including references. The papers should be formatted according to the IEEE conference template.

Registration

The registration fee for the conference is €350 for regular attendees and €250 for students. The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, materials, and coffee breaks.

Accommodation

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hotel *** for conference attendees. The rates are €70 per night for a single room and €100 per night for a double room. To book a room, please contact the hotel directly.
