The 19th Workshop on Circular and Linear Structures under Severe Loading Conditions (CLSW 2024) will be held in Chiayi, Taiwan, on May 26-28, 2024.

The workshop will provide a forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss their latest findings on the behavior and design of circular and linear structures under severe loading conditions. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Behavior of circular and linear structures under static and dynamic loads
• Design of circular and linear structures for seismic, wind, and blast loads
• Experimental and analytical investigations of circular and linear structures
• Numerical modeling of circular and linear structures
• Applications of circular and linear structures in civil and aerospace engineering

Important Dates

• Abstract submission deadline: December 15, 2023
• Full paper submission deadline: March 15, 2024
• Notification of acceptance: April 15, 2024
• Camera-ready paper submission deadline: May 15, 2024
• Workshop dates: May 26-28, 2024

Submission Instructions

Abstracts and full papers should be submitted electronically through the CLSW 2024 website. Abstracts should be no more than 500 words in length and should include a brief description of the research, the methods used, and the key findings. Full papers should be no more than 10 pages in length and should include a detailed description of the research, the results, and the s.

Registration

Registration for CLSW 2024 will open in January 2024. The registration fee will include access to all workshop sessions, a welcome reception, and a banquet.
