Dr. Mohd Nazari Ismail is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business, Management, and Finance, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He is the former Dean of the Faculty and has extensive experience in teaching and research in the fields of marketing and entrepreneurship. He has published numerous papers in international journals and is the author of several books on marketing and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Nurul Fariha Mohd Noor is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business, Management, and Finance, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She is the Deputy Dean of the Faculty and has extensive experience in teaching and research in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior. She has published numerous papers in international journals and is the author of several books on human resource management and organizational behavior.

Dr. Izzah Mohd Isa is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business, Management, and Finance, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She has extensive experience in teaching and research in the fields of finance and investment. She has published numerous papers in international journals and is the author of several books on finance and investment.
